Test Water Pressure and Drainage
Before buying or renting, turn on several faucets simultaneously, flush the toilets, and observe how quickly sinks and showers drain. Weak water pressure, slow drainage, unusual odors, or recurring leaks may indicate costly plumbing problems. In Lebanon, also verify the property’s water source, storage-tank capacity, pump condition, and access to municipal or private water.
